Team Set-Up – One of more teams can be set up
Activity Capture – Simple structured screen for capturing what a team does including interfaces to other teams, customers and systems. Once an activity is defined it can be used for time capture, linked to team improvements or linked to an activity grouping.
Time Capture – The time capture facility allow the time a team spends each month on an activity and to view trends over time in a our graphing facility
Change Management – The questions related to each activity will prompt ideas for change and these listed and managed in our change log.
Activity Grouping – Our visual activity grouping screen allows you to build a functional hierarchy of activities that suits your team or organisation.
